Data Disclaimer & Legal Notice
Effective Date: January 23, 2026 • Governing Law: Delaware, United States
1. Public Data Sources & Legal Basis
Proven SaaS aggregates and analyzes publicly available advertising data obtained exclusively from Meta's Ad Library API. This data is legally mandated to be publicly accessible under the following regulations:
- European Union Digital Services Act (DSA) - Article 39: Requires very large online platforms to maintain publicly accessible, searchable, and reliable repositories of all advertisements displayed on their services.
- EU Regulation 2019/1150 on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services.
- Meta's Ad Library Terms of Service: Explicitly permits third-party access to and use of Ad Library data through their official API.
The advertising data displayed on our platform is not proprietary, confidential, or trade secret information. It is public information that companies have voluntarily disclosed by running advertisements on Meta platforms, and which Meta is legally obligated to make accessible.
2. Revenue Estimates Are Statistical Approximations
ALL REVENUE FIGURES DISPLAYED ON PROVEN SAAS ARE ESTIMATES. These estimates are statistical approximations generated through computational analysis and should not be construed as factual representations of any company's actual financial performance.
2.1 Estimation Methodology
Our revenue estimates are calculated using the following publicly documented methodology:
- Reach Data: Obtained directly from Meta's Ad Library API, which provides impression range data for each advertisement.
- CPM (Cost Per Mille) Rates: Industry-standard regional CPM benchmarks applied based on geographic targeting data.
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) Multipliers: Standard industry multipliers (1.3x-1.8x) based on sustainable SaaS advertising economics.
- Channel Attribution: Standard multipliers accounting for non-paid revenue channels.
2.2 Inherent Limitations
Users acknowledge that these estimates:
- Are approximations based on publicly available data and statistical modeling
- May differ significantly from actual company revenues
- Cannot account for non-public revenue sources, costs, or financial arrangements
- Are provided for informational and market research purposes only
- Should not be used as the sole basis for investment, business, or legal decisions
3. Nature of Our Service
Proven SaaS provides a transformative analytical service that:
- Aggregates publicly mandated advertising transparency data
- Applies proprietary statistical models and analysis
- Generates derivative market intelligence and insights
- Presents information in an organized, searchable format
Our service constitutes original analytical work and commentary on publicly available information. We do not reproduce Meta's interface, branding, or proprietary systems. Our value derives from our analytical methodology, data organization, and market intelligence—not from the underlying public data itself.
4. No Ownership Claims Over Public Data
4.1 Third-Party Data
The underlying advertising data displayed on our platform originates from Meta Platforms, Inc. via their publicly accessible Ad Library API. Proven SaaS does not claim ownership of this underlying data, nor do we represent that we created or originated this information.
4.2 Public Information Doctrine
Information that is legally mandated to be public and freely accessible cannot be subject to proprietary claims by the entities to which it pertains. Companies that advertise on Meta platforms have voluntarily made their advertising activities public, and such information is further required to be public under EU law.
4.3 No Trade Secret Status
Advertising data displayed in public ad libraries does not qualify for trade secret protection under applicable law, as it fails the fundamental requirement of secrecy. Information that is publicly accessible, legally mandated to be disclosed, and voluntarily published through advertising activities cannot simultaneously be claimed as confidential or proprietary.
5. Affiliation & Endorsement Disclaimer
Proven SaaS is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any of their subsidiaries
- Any company, brand, or entity whose advertising data appears on our platform
- Any advertising agency, marketing firm, or industry organization
The display of any company's advertising data or estimated metrics on our platform does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or affiliation between Proven SaaS and that company.
6. Accuracy & Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy in our data collection and analysis, we expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Users assume all risk associated with reliance on information provided through our service. We strongly recommend independent verification of any data before making business decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the claimant for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Data Correction Requests
If you believe any data displayed on our platform contains factual errors (distinct from disagreement with estimates), you may submit a correction request to nathan@proven-saas.com.
Correction requests must include:
- Specific identification of the alleged error
